return & refund policy 

1. Return

All item(s) MUST fulfil our return terms and conditions below. You may want to return your item(s) due to any of the following reasons:

 

We might reject your return for reasons not due to our error.

Kindly inform us your further decision along with your returned item (whether you want to return or refund). You may direct contact us to expedite the claim process.

  • Item(s) must be returned in the original condition: unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.

  • Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, with tags intact.

  • Returns are not applicable for accessories and inner wears for hygiene purpose.

  • Item(s) must be mailed back to our HQ within 7 days of receipt. Kindly mail to the address provided: No.10, Jalan Padang 4/48, Petaling Jaya, 46050, Selangor. Take note that customer will need to bear the shipping fee for returns.

  • Please include a receipt, invoice OR other proof of purchase in your returns so that we will be able to track your purchase record at ease.

  • FLOW (Malaysia) is not responsible for the returned parcel(s) until they arrive at our HQ. We recommend you to retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return.

  • All return requests will be processed within 5 working days (Saturdays and Sundays excluded) upon receipt of returned item(s).

  • An email notification will be sent once we have received your return item(s) at our HQ.

  • We do our best to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. 

2. Refund

We offer 2 types of refunds: (1) full refund, (2) partial refund.

  • Refund can be processed in case of return or cancellation. 

  • We offer several refund options for you based on your payment method at the time of your purchase. We will send you an email notification, SMS, or both once your refund had been initiated.

  • If the refund does not arrive after the next two month’s statements, kindly please contact your issuing bank or party directly for further assistance.

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  1. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged/defective, or missing parts for reasons not dueto our error.

  2. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after deliver.

IMPORTANT: FLOW (Malaysia) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without warning and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all affected customers.
